  4. F5 Stretch justifies the figure within the highlighted
  5.            area either up, down, right, or left.
  6.  
  7.            Only the section of workspace highlighted will be affected.
  8.  
  9.            Stretch moves only the special characters used in
  10.            EasyChart figures. Any text is left where it is.
  11.            Stretch does not perform its action if it requires
  12.            that text be overwritten.
  13.  
  14.            Since no special characters are used to create
  15.            decision boxes (only the '/' and '\' are used),
  16.            they are viewed as text and are not stretched.

  18.            The strategy that stretch uses is to move all
  19.            figure characters within the highlighted area flush
  20.            to the forward edge of the highlighted area, and
  21.            then extend the figure characters to the rear edge.
